Without Un-Cut Video proof, no return will be accepted for a lost, broken, or defective item.

• • Record Un-Cut Video – At the beginning of the video, the tracking number and the address label we sent should be clearly visible, and the film should continue till the unwrapping and revealing all the accessories (if any).
  • When inspecting electronics, a complete video should be taken from the outside of the package until the flaw is apparent, and it should also check the charging for the same.
  • Regardless of how long the video is—even if it is 30 minutes—make sure the flaw or issue is adequately explained in the uncut video.

No refund will be offered for missing, damaged, or defective item without video evidence.
