Without Un-Cut Video proof, no return will be accepted for a lost, broken, or defective item.

This policy will apply to any order you place with us; they do not apply to Affiliate products.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Notereview.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Notereview, accessible from https://notereview.in
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
How to Create a Un-Cut Video (Guidelines)
We really appreciate your business. Please create an Un-Cut Video showcasing the following as soon as you receive the product:
- Record Un-Cut Video – At the beginning of the video, you must show all the sides of package on the camera! and then continue by showing tracking number and the address label we sent. All the details should be clearly visible, and the film should continue till the unwrapping and revealing all the accessories (if any).
- When inspecting electronics, a complete video should be taken from the outside of the package until the flaw is apparent, and it should also check the charging for the same.
- Regardless of how long the video is—even if it is 30 minutes—make sure the flaw or issue is adequately explained in the uncut video.
No return will be offered for a missing, damaged, or defective item without video evidence.
Note: If the uncut video does not match the original video we created while packaging the product and handing it off to the delivery partner, you will not be eligible for a refund. Don’t try to trick us.

Conditions for Returns
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale or at discounted price that are purchased from Notereview directly cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- You have recorded uncut recorded video as mentioned in the How to Create a Un-Cut Video (Guidelines).
- You are informing Us with Un-Cut Video Proof on the same day of delivery by Email – firstname.lastname@example.org
- The Goods are in the original packaging along with all the accessories (if any).
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- We will not accept the return in case you don’t have any uncut recorded video as mentioned in the How to Create a Un-Cut Video (Guidelines).
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Goods on sale or at discounted price that are purchased from Notereview directly cannot be refunded.
- Once you order the unboxed product and it got shipped then we would not be able to take the return or cancel your order. So before buying make sure that you want to keep the product.
- Once Unboxed product is purchased and delivered to you in a good working condition, after using the product for some time you did not like it even though it is functioning as it should, we will not accept the return or exchange! So, before purchasing any UNBOXED products, it is crucial that you conduct appropriate research and confirm that you want to keep the product before buying it and paying for it.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning of Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us and you can find the returning address on the parcel you received. or else

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
After conducting an internal review, if you adhere to all the aforementioned recommendations, we will, if necessary, issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days. Till then, kindly exercise patience. Regarding your money, have faith. If you abide by the rules, you will undoubtedly receive a refund (if applicable).
